This project brings together Amra Kaj Kory in Bangladesh and Building Community Voices in Cambodia to improve farming practices in communities affected by climate change. Farmers in both countries face similar challenges, including lower crop yields, poor soil quality, high production costs and limited access to markets and support services. The project responds by sharing practical methods for climate-adapted and environmentally friendly farming. Through exchange, participants work with farmers to introduce techniques such as soil improvement, organic production and climate-resilient crops. They use training, demonstration plots and follow-up activities to support learning and application in local communities. The project aims to strengthen farmers’ skills, improve food security and increase incomes, while also supporting stronger farmer groups and cooperation between the two organisations.
