This long-term project brings together partners from Norway, Tanzania and South Africa to strengthen youth programmes focused on social inclusion, gender justice and entrepreneurship. The partners will share their different approaches to giving young people, especially young women and marginalized groups, opportunities to express themselves, access resources, and participate fully in society. They aim to tackle challenges such as gender-based violence, social discrimination, and barriers to employment. The project will build skills and knowledge to develop inclusive, safe programmes that support young people’s dignity and economic empowerment, while fostering competence exchange among the organisations to better serve diverse youth communities.
