Staff from Zanzibar will learn advanced treatments and leadership skills from Norway, while Norwegian staff will gain experience with tropical diseases and diverse cultural approaches to healthcare. The project aims to reduce illness and death rates, improve skills in patient care and ethical decision-making, increase community awareness about chronic diseases, and promote mental health through education and better services.
