This project brings together partners from the Slum Dwellers International (SDI) network to improve daily life for people living in slums. The goal is to help slum communities get secure homes, better services and be more prepared for climate change. The partners share skills in housing, mapping, savings groups, and small-scale upgrades like sanitation and safety. They support youth groups and women-led decision-making, and run awareness campaigns in local communities. A big focus is on training young leaders and making sure ideas that work in one country are shared across the whole network. This helps slum dwellers get more power to shape their own future.
