A work exchange project is divided into rounds of exchange. A round is a period when participants are on work placements abroad.
The partnership must submit a round description and round budget to Norec for each round of exchange.

The partnership must also submit a round budget using the latest version of the budget template.
Documents required from all partners in the project:
- Most recent annual report
- Financial statement no more than three months old (does not need to be audited)
- Latest audited and consolidated financial statements
We advise the coordinating partner to collect all documents on behalf of the partnership and submit all documents to the programme adviser in one e-mail.
