Check if you are eligible for applying for phase 1

Phase 1: Application portal

The next deadline for applying for Phase 1 is 1 september 2026.

We will open a new digital application portal at the end of June or start of July. Everyone who applies for Phase 1 must use this portal. More information will come later.

Required supporting documents

Certificate of registration
Latest annual report to Board of Director/owners
Latest audited annual financial statement

You will need to upload these documents in the application portal when it opens.

Phase 2: Application forms

The next deadline for applying for Phase 2 is 15 august 2026.

You must have completed Phase 1 to qualify for Phase 2.

All applicants need to submit the following:
- Overall project description (download template below)
- The Partnership agreement (download template below)
- Results framework (download template below: choose between Word or Excel)
- Budget (download template below)
- Financial statement (max 3 months old)
- Latest annual report
- Latest audited financial statement
