About phase 1
Phase 1 is the first step in a work exchange through Norec.
Applicants must apply together as a partnership and submit a description of their project idea to Norec.
If the application is approved, the partnership receives funding to meet in person and further develop the idea.
Norec provides guidance and training on how to work effectively with an international partner and how to plan a successful exchange project.
After completing Phase 1, the partnership can apply for Phase 2.

Do you have questions about the Work Exchange grant? Norec is offering one-to-one conversations for prospective applicants.
During this 15-minute session, you can discuss your questions with a Norec adviser and receive guidance on the grant scheme, eligibility requirements and the application process.

When: Every Thursday, 14:00—16:00 CEST
Duration: 15 minutes per organisation
