About phase 1
Phase 1 is the first step in a work exchange collaboration with Norec.
To apply for Phase 1, two or more organisations from at least two different countries must apply together.
If the application is approved, the organisations receive funding to meet in person and develop their project idea together.
During Phase 1, Norec also provides guidance and training on how to work effectively with an international partner and plan a successful exchange project.
After completing Phase 1, the partnership can apply for Phase 2.
