AI Launchpad: Exchange of Young Tech Talent within Industrial AI between Brazil and Norway

Solution Seeker brings together teams in Norway and Brazil to train young professionals to use AI in real-world industry. There is a clear gap between advanced AI and how it is used in practice, especially in sectors like aquaculture and agriculture. This project focuses on closing that gap. Through exchange, participants work on real projects, applying AI to improve production, reduce waste and manage resources more efficiently. They combine Norwegian expertise in aquaculture with Brazilian expertise in agriculture. The project builds practical skills, strengthens collaboration, and prepares young professionals for jobs in AI and sustainable industry.
