Connect

Connect is a youth exchange project that strengthens leadership, global awareness and cultural understanding among young people in Christian organisations in Brazil, Hong Kong and Norway. The project supports youth participation by giving young leaders first-hand cross-cultural experience and practical skills in leadership and project work. Through workshops and shared learning, the partners aim to build stronger, more inclusive organisations that reflect the diversity of their communities. The project also encourages youth to take part in solving global challenges such as poverty, environmental issues and inequality, both locally and globally.
