The project supports young farmers in Malawi and Zimbabwe to learn climate-smart farming methods that help them cope with climate change and build stronger communities. Through the exchange, participants share experiences on youth programmes in rural areas, working with partners, and engaging government officials. The project addresses challenges like small-scale farming livelihoods, extreme weather events, and limited opportunities for young people. Its goals are to equip youth with practical skills in sustainable agriculture and disaster management, increase their involvement in local climate decision-making, raise community awareness of climate-friendly practices, and strengthen cooperation between the partner organisations.
