This project aims at empowering youth with sustainable vocational skills, so that they are employable or can start their own initiatives to earn income. In other words, the projects are working on boosting economic empowerment and financial development for youth. The target groups are out-of-school young people living in rural areas. The partners in Nepal, Tanzania, Norway and Uganda work by promoting community based vocational training, a less formal skills training system than what is offered in more urban areas.
