Conflict transformation, a workshop with Shreya Baral

Shreya Baral is an impact-driven social activist and transformational leader dedicated to advancing women’s empowerment and inclusive development. She holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from Cardiff Metropolitan University, Wales, UK, and is a CIPD Level 7 Associate, reflecting advanced expertise in strategic people management and organizational development. Through her work at LP4Y, she has coached, mentored, and facilitated training programs that empower women to reclaim agency, design purposeful life projects, and access dignified employment.

Recognized for her leadership and advocacy, we are honoured to have Shreya as our facilitator for this workshop where that will help you to cope with conflicts and transform them into something constructive.
