Pocket Guide: Support survivors of gender-based violence (GBV)

The Norwegian Ministry of Foreign affairs and Norec has a zero tolerance on SEAH – Sexual Explotation, Abuse and Harassment. Norec staff, partners and participants are obliged to follow this – and have included SEAH in our trainings.

This Pocket Guide from Inter-Agency Standing Committee (IASC) provides all humanitarian practitioners with information on: 1) How to support a survivor of gender-based violence (GBV); 2) Who discloses their experience of GBV with you; 3) In a context where there is no GBV actor.

This can be used as it is in-house – or as an inspiration for your own organisation’s guidelines.
