  • Were granted a Collaboration Agreement in 2025 or earlier
  • Completed a Feasibility Study in 2024 or 2025
  • Applied for a Collaboration agreement at or before 1 June 2025

Call for proposals 1 June 2025

I am already a partner in an ongoing exchange project and want to:

Find a training for the partners or the participants
Submit a round application or report
Make changes to the project
Submit a results report
Look something up in the Guideline

I have recently finished a feasibility study and want to:

Submit a Feasibility Study Report

For those who completed a Feasibility Study in late 2024 or early 2025
Apply for a Work Exchange

If your Feasibility Study Report is approved, you are welcome to apply in early February 2026.
