The AYESE exchange is aimed at empowering youth to act around issues that affect their daily lives and that of the future generation. Essentially the main focus of the program is on environment, climate change, young women’s empowerment and human rights. The program will also equip the participants with leadership and organisational management skills.

For Network for Youth Development (NfYD) the main goal is to strengthen their Urban Youth Forum that works with sustainable development issues that affect youth. For SPIRE, the plan is to implement the lessons from the project in policy formulation by the International Committee. Both partners have the mutual goal of the inclusion of alumni in organisational activities after completed exchanges, and developing a strong network for youth organisations working with climate change and sustainable development.
