The project is aimed at creating stronger youth organisations through strengthening the internal systems of the partner organisations. Building on the best practices of each organisations, the partners will use peer-to-peer networking, training sessions and local engagement to create more opportunities for youth leaders, both in their main organisations and across a range of member organisations and youth clubs.

By creating a network, the exchange project aim to equip youth with the appropriate knowledge and ability to participate in key decision-making processes and make them able to demand their rights. The project fosters south-to-south learning and sharing of ideas from one country to another. These will then be transferred back to the home partner after the exchange.
