Based in Cambodia and Vietnam, the partners behind the project Performing Arts Development for Youth Employment (PADYE) want to strengthen access to the performing arts, enabling local youth to diversify their performance skills as well as their soft skills in leadership and youth development to improve their future employability. The organisations will bring marginalised children and youth to arts activities ranging from circus to theatre and urban dance and use the arts as a tool for social change, youth engagement and development in their communities.
